A regular mowing service based upon client’s needs and turf usage which will dictate cutting interval and height of cut. Choice of rotary, cylinder or flail and either a cut and scatter or cut and collect options. For formal lawn areas, village greens, play/recreation areas , sports pitches, school playing fields and amenity grass, highway verges, churchyards and burial grounds.
Shrub bed maintenance
Regular hoeing with weed removal, or weed control to maintain appearance.
Hedge and shrub trimming
Twice yearly hedge trimming, using either hand tools or tractor cutter depending on size of hedge and location.
Shrubs will be trimmed in accordance with the requirements of the species at the appropriate time of year.
Summer and winter bedding.
We provide a complete service for formal beds, planters and hanging baskets which includes choice of appropriate bedding plants, supply, planting and maintenance including watering.
Weed Control.
Keep your turf weed free with regular application of a selective weed spray, using a knapsack hand held sprayer or a vehicle mounted boom sprayer for the large areas.
Arboricultural Work
A complete service which ranges from removal of basal growth, raising crowns and tree surgery to reduction of canopy or total felling. We can also provide a tree condition report carried out by a qualified arboriculturist.
Sports field maintenance
As well as routine grass cutting and weed control, we can undertake aeration, de-compaction, slitting, as well as re-seeding, all essential items of work needed to maintain a healthy sward.
Sports pitch marking
Line marking, using the latest technology spray line markers for all sports on grass surfaces.
Winter gritting
Either a pro-active service where we make the decisions by monitoring the Met. Office forecasts 24/7 and spread salt in advance of frost, ice or snow or a reactive service responding to the clients’s instructions.
Private roads and drives, car parks, footpaths school playgrounds etc are treated.
For the smaller site we provide grit bins for client use with a salt replenishment service.
Snow clearance.
Ensure you are always open for business. We can clear snow from access roads and drives using either a tractor mounted plough or manually for small areas and footpaths.
